squid keeps crashing

Hi,

Am having some trouble with squid continually crashing and i can't
figure out why.

I have tried installing fedora rpms and compiling from source but keep
getting the same error

This is the contents of my cache.log

No evidence of crashes...  See below.

At this point squid is running.  Then (~1.5 minutes later) something
tells it to stop...

Which it does, gracefully.

We need to figure out what is telling your Squid to stop.  Are you
starting it from the command line?  If so, how?  Using startup scripts?  
Calling Squid directly?  In either case, what options are being passed
to Squid?
